Bath with Flower Petal Bath Salts with Lavender essential oil

Everyone knows that the best way to relax after a long and stressful day is with a bath.

  • 14 oz. Dead Sea Salt
  • 6 oz. Epsom Salt, Extra Fine
  • 9 ml Lavender Essential Oil
  • 45 ml any carrier oil
  • 45 ml liquid castile soap(for dispersing oils in water)

Your choice:

  • 3 dried Tbsp. Rose Petals
  • 3 dried Tbsp. Lavender buds
  • a jar with lid for storing

In a large bowl mix the Dead Sea salt, Epsom salt and dry herbs. Mix separately carrier oil, lavender essential oil and castile soap. Slowly mix liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and it’s ready for use.

Peppermint Sugar Body Scrub

  • 1/2 cup carrier oil (grapeseed oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil)
  • 8-12 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 1 cup sugar

Mix liquid ingredients first then add sugar. For a gift, put in a cute jar with a lid and tie a ribbon around.

Moisturizing Facial Serum

  • 1 oz avocado oil or jojoba oil
  • 2 drops Frankincense essential oil
  • 2 drops Lavender essential oil

Pour essential oils to a 1 oz amber bottle fitted with a glass dropper. Pour in the carrier oil you are using. Better to use after cleansing skin.
